1 : How many days do you take to deliver drawings?
A : As early as possible, usually within 10 days.
2 : What other deliverables in 3D Design Service?
A : Technical drawings like – Floor plan, Furniture Layout, False Ceiling Plan, Electrical Legend, Elevations, Kitchen Drawing, Estimate, Phone Support etc.
3 : What if I want to do only single room?
A : For single room it is Rs. 2000/- (up to 100 sq. ft.)
4 : How many times can you revise the drawings?
A : We provide only two times revision after the initial drawing.
5: How can I execute these 3D drawings?
A: We not only provide 3D drawings but also 2D detail drawings for execution purpose.

9 : Do you provide services only in Hyderabad?
A: No, we have provided many design service out of Hyderabad like Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata etc.
10 : Is visit fees the same for all the locations?
A: Currently, we are providing site visits in Hyderabad location only and our Rs. 2000/- visit fees is applicable only for Hyderabad in 20km radius from our office. For the rest of the locations, charges may differ, talk to us.
11 : How can you provide design services without visiting our site/home?
A: Simply share your house floor plan (layout) with measurements and site photographs, then we will document your requirements over the phone and accordingly we will prepare the complete 3D & 2D design, so you can easily execute it at your end with your local contractor.
12 : If my carpet area is below 350 square feet then what would be the fee?
A: Our Rs. 15/- per sq. ft. is applicable on minimum 350 square feet area, if your carpet is below 350 then you have to pay minimum Rs. 5250/- for 3D Design Service.
13 : Till how much time I can expect support from you for my design?
A: You have to complete your design approvals and changes within 30 days of time after you receive an initial drawing. After 30 days we can not provide any support or changes for the drawings. (No refund)
14 : What is your refund policy?
A: No refund once design work is started. Refunds should be intimated within 3 days before starting the work via email and call.
